On-boarding
Our focus is becoming a partner in your success and being incredibly efficient with your time. That’s why we’ve streamlined our on-boarding process to learn as much about your business, services and customers as we can in a single meeting. You’ll receive a custom log-in to a client portal where you’ll find a welcome package detailing each step of the process and self guided questionnaire for you to educate us on all things; you! You may not have answers to all of the questions and thats ok. Our kick-off meeting is designed to walk through the questionnaire, address questions and establish the strategy.
Strategy
This is where the real work begins. We’ll take everything we learned during the Kick-off meeting to develop a rock solid Content Strategy for your brand so you can be sure that each piece of content released is catered to your specific audience and the platforms they interact with. This includes not only locking in the look and feel of your content but also the quantity and frequency or release across your network. We’ll also establish a set Brand Guidelines that ensure we’re also speaking with your brands voice from the script to the colour and fonts. Consistency is the key and our strategies always focus on putting your best foot forward with your audience.
Production
Now that the plan is in place, it’s time to set it into motion. With over 15 years of experience and hundreds of videos under our collective belts, we thrive behind the camera. Of course we have an arsenal of high-end equipment and a talented team to make everything look professional but the tools are only as good as what you point them at. Our production team also includes Set Designers, Acting Coaches and even on-screen Talent if you don’t want to be the face of your brand. From start to finish, the production experience is designed to be smooth, partly because of the time put into strategy.
Don’t have a space to shoot? No problem! We have can use virtual production techniques to transform your room into a million dollar loft or the desert just as easy.
Implementation

Our dedicated social media managers are here to help maintain and organize your social media accounts while engaging with your audience to address their questions and join in the conversation.
